About the Role:
- Own core transaction processing platform infrastructure for signing and settlement flows.
- Be the trusted technical decision-maker for services you own.
- Lead incident response and write design docs that other engineers build against.
What You'll Do:
- Own transaction-ordering and concurrency-control logic to maintain correctness at scale.
- Design data models, API contracts, and retry/backoff logic for platform services.
- Coordinate directly with Banking and Blockchain engineers to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of backend software engineering experience with strict correctness guarantees.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript; experience with Effect or comparable functional effect system.
- Solid understanding of concurrency control patterns and durable workflow systems like Temporal.
