Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design, build and maintain dashboards in Tableau that enable data-driven decision making. Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, meet production standards and aligned with business goals. You will also be creating analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards. Partner closely with care model teams to gather business requirements and build key performance indicators/metrics, continually refining solutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Also, conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate clinical outcomes & care delivery efficiency, and clearly communicate findings through visualizations and presentations. Furthermore, you would utilize SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including claims, EHR, HIE, and programmatic data. Manage analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting needs through Atlassian (e.g. JIRA), communicating with stakeholders on status and relaying priorities. Collaborate with the product, engineering, and internal data team to help develop new tools and capabilities to improve operational and clinical quality and efficiency.
