Tax Analyst

As a Tax Analyst at Deel, you will be part of a growing Tax team, contributing to the success of the global tax function. You will analyze complex tax data and support compliance and reporting efforts, while helping drive our strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and scalable processes across jurisdictions. Your responsibilities include extracting, analyzing, and visualizing tax-related data to support global compliance, planning, and reporting. You will design and maintain dashboards and reports, build tax forecast models, automate data flows, and develop internal controls. Additionally, you will partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product teams, translate complex tax data into narratives, and collaborate with external tax advisors. You will also monitor evolving tax regulations and identify opportunities to streamline tax data workflows.
