Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain user-facing reports and analytics products that help customers understand workforce data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain data models and pipelines in Google BigQuery, applying techniques like partitioning and clustering to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and UX teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field and 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Google BigQuery and Looker, plus practical Python for data tasks.
