The Role:
- Build, train, and evaluate deep learning models on Tilt's financial data.
- Ship models and model components that plug into existing ML pipelines to improve credit modeling and loss prediction.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with deep learning and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Clear, thoughtful communication and the ability to turn technical exploration into measurable business impact.
The Team:
- Work with a small, senior team of data scientists and engineers collaborating across 14 countries.
- Use agentic tools daily to speed up experimentation, feature engineering, and model iteration.
