- Work with strategists, producers, and media buyers to drive conversions.

Responsibilities:
- Edit UGC, podcast ads, product demos, and street interviews for paid social.
- Produce multiple variations and optimize for platform specs (Meta, TikTok, Shorts).
- Organize files and stay current on trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years video editing experience with strong short-form ad portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut; After Effects preferred.
- Deep understanding of pacing, retention mechanics, and conversion-focused editing.
