New Performance Creative Producer

Responsibilities:

• Concept, film, and edit UGC style content, being a face of paid social across the Ü Snacks portfolio.
• Turn raw creator footage into polished, launch-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Build native, platform-specific static ads for feed, story, and reels.
• Take proven winners and produce fresh hooks, text overlays, and format cuts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years producing content in UGC or paid social with a portfolio proving performance.
• Fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; can mock up static creative in Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Understands hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and nCAC; can turn concepts into launch-ready ads same day.

Compensation & Culture:

• Base salary range $80,000-$100,000 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
• Fully remote, high-trust environment with regular LA studio use and twice-yearly in-person offsites.
