Role Responsibilities:
- Create, host, and produce social-first video content for Complex across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Identify trending topics, memes, conversations, and cultural moments that resonate with the Complex audience.
- Storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content optimized for each platform.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience creating social content in a media, entertainment, brand, or creator environment.
- Deep understanding of internet culture, social media trends, and the Complex audience.
- Strong on-camera presence and comfort appearing in videos.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $250 per day.
- Part-time (3 days per week) with a flexible schedule based on content needs and cultural moments.
