Experimentation Analyst

As an Experimentation Analyst, you'll independently design, execute, and analyze experiments to drive performance outcomes for both clients and internal initiatives. You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for optimization, and partner cross-functionally to guide business decisions. You’ll lead analysis workstreams and contribute directly to client strategy and product evolution. You'll own the design and execution of statistically sound experiments with limited oversight. The role involves leading power analyses, translating business needs into analytical approaches, analyzing test results, and creating compelling data narratives. You'll also partner with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and improve experimentation workflows.
