Staff Developer Educator

As a Staff Developer Educator, you will reinvent how developers learn, build, and grow with our platform. This involves designing and scaling a modern documentation and education experience, building hands-on content like workshops and tutorials, and collaborating across the organization to ensure content is impactful. You will also develop frameworks for subject matter experts to contribute effectively, treat docs as a product by focusing on developer workflows, and use AI tools to accelerate content creation. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in technical education or related roles and strong hands-on experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
