Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer

This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership of meaningful projects, and move fast to make an impact. You’ll play a critical role at the intersection of technology, data, and go-to-market strategy — ensuring our GTM systems and processes enable Sonrai’s growth. You’ll support the team by building, maintaining, and improving the tools and workflows that power our demand generation, sales, and marketing efforts. You'll build and maintain automation and workflows in our GTM tech stack to support campaigns, reporting, and sales enablement, partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems, help execute and optimize marketing campaigns, data enrichment, and lead routing processes, collaborate on new tool implementations and ensure adoption across the team, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve GTM efficiency.
