Our Global Data & Analytics team is the hub of harvesting and analyzing data to drive strategic business decisions across our brands. We seek a Data Scientist with a strong focus on digital transformation and Gen AI initiatives. This role will leverage advanced statistical modeling, machine learning and Gen AI techniques to enhance product discovery, personalization and customer experience across our digital channels. You will partner closely with Digital and Decision Analytics teams to support advanced analytics needs, shaping a holistic view of the business and elevating every aspect of the customer journey. Design and implement innovative machine learning and Gen AI solution for product and content discovery, personalization and customer engagement. Develop and deploy generative AI solutions to enhance and automate digital experiences. Champion data-informed decision-making and proactively seek innovative ways to leverage data and analytics.
