The Role:
- Report to the Quality Director of Tech and help establish QE capabilities through hands-on development of automation frameworks and test infrastructure.
- Take ownership of immediate testing needs while developing sustainable automation and tooling for a live-service game.
- Develop practical AI capabilities that improve engineering effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
- Build reusable engineering solutions and write, review, debug, and maintain automation frameworks and test infrastructure.
- Strengthen API and integration testing, validate player-state consistency, and investigate failures across systems using logs, metrics, and telemetry.
- Integrate validation into CI/CD with reliable automated feedback and improve test stability and execution time.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong programming skills in C# or Python with experience in Unity and automation codebases.
- Practical experience testing and automating Android and iOS applications, including device coverage and network conditions.
- Working knowledge of SQL, telemetry, and big data to guide testing and release decisions.
