CHIEF CLOUD ARCHITECT AND LEAD INFRASTRUCTURE SME (CCALIS)

Serve as the designated CCALIS, providing enterprise architecture and infrastructure leadership across MODES III’s AWS GovCloud-based environments. Architect and optimize highly available, secure systems supporting MODES III's user-centered applications, content platforms, and IT services. Lead the design and implementation of ZTA-compliant, resilient, and scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with DoD mission requirements. Oversee the integration of DevSecOps pipelines, mobile platforms, CMS, APIs, and database services, with a focus on continuous delivery and modernization. Ensure architectural compliance with DoDAF, RMF, DISA SRG/STIG, and applicable DoD and NIST cybersecurity frameworks. Collaborate with system engineers and cybersecurity analysts to maintain FedRAMP, DoD IL5, and DISA accreditation standards across infrastructure layers.
