Systems Engineer IV - Citrix

The Systems Engineer IV - Citrix is a technical leader within the Systems Engineering - Client Engineering team, with a dedicated focus on Citrix technologies. This role evaluates, designs, plans, and leads the implementation of large-scale Citrix solutions, including architecture for new environments, upgrades, and modernization initiatives. The role fulfills day-to-day operational tasks associated with maintaining Citrix infrastructure systems and related technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and Citrix Cloud. This role provides Tier 3 support for Citrix environments, including escalation and resolution of issues involving IGEL thin clients, Imprivata integrations, and virtual desktop sessions. The candidate will lead hardware/software evaluation for Citrix infrastructure and associated technologies such as FlexApp, Liquidware, IGEL, and Imprivata. Also, they will perform capacity planning and performance tuning for Citrix infrastructure to ensure alignment with business needs and growth forecasts.
