Security Support Engineer

In this position, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first hires on a new internal support team working to accelerate our vulnerability management program. As a Security Support Engineer, you will work with our Product Security team to provide support to Atlassian engineers as they triage and remediate security vulnerabilities in our products. In this role, you will work with Atlassian engineers to help them understand our vulnerability management processes, policies, and procedures and assist in troubleshooting related to our automated vulnerability scanners. You will also support our external bug bounty triage team, providing internal context and assisting with escalations and improving our internal support processes and reporting.
