Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or compensation analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
