Lead Data Engineer

Capture, analyze, and document business reporting and analytics requirements across multiple teams. Identify, evaluate, and catalog data sources, determining which are impacted or replaced by Oracle implementation. Design and oversee custom reporting and visualization solutions. Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of data and reporting deliverables using Jira. Partner with IT and consultants to improve data models and establish metadata governance processes. Support change management initiatives related to data governance and reporting. Define detailed requirements for historical data migration to support analytics and reporting. Monitor and troubleshoot data and reporting issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. Collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline accounting and asset lifecycle processes. Drive automation to enable efficient, systematic asset retirement and internal data management.
