Monetization Manager

The goal of this role is to increase revenue streams and monetization depth, providing a long term vision for Paper.io 2. Responsibilities include continuously analyzing in-game data to identify opportunities for optimizing and growing game economies, and creating/maintaining models of in-game economies, considering player progression, currency flow, and reward systems. You'll deliver designs of A/B tests to experiment with different economic models and features, analyzing results to implement the most effective solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Game Designers, Developers, and Analysts to align economic strategies with game design goals and clear KPIs that prove success, ensuring scalable and adaptable game economy models.
