Job Description
Perform intermediate operational or analytical tasks, supporting and participating in development of initiatives. Proactively identify and escalate issues, risks, or operational performance concerns, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with internal and some external stakeholders. Respond to incidents and requests, performing diagnosis, troubleshooting and critical thinking to solve or fulfill needs of low to moderate complexity. You will adheres to change management processes at all times and you're responsible for completing tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes. Participate in technical analysis discussions, deliver supporting artifacts, and assist with conducting review sessions for all necessary approvals. Develop knowledge base articles and participate in the transition to operations functions following implementation delivery.
