Responsibilities:
- Proactively partner with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and researchers.
- Build and develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business goals and regulatory constraints into clear, intuitive, and compliant user experiences.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience working as an Individual Contributor as a hands-on Designer.
- Comfort working within regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
Bonus Points:
- Curiosity and proactive experimentation with emerging AI tools.
- Experience using and contributing to a design system.
- Experience in evangelizing consumer-centered thinking across all levels.
