Fractional VP of Finance

Street Diligence is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Fractional VP of Finance to lead our financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive team to deliver financial clarity and enable data-driven decision-making during a high-growth phase. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in accrual accounting, GAAP compliance, and FP&A strategy, ideally with a background in startups and experience supporting successful exits. Responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, managing accrual-based accounting systems, ensuring timely closes, maintaining GAAP compliance, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing reporting functions, and supporting strategic finance initiatives. The VP of Finance will also prepare the company for potential fundraising or M&A activity, collaborate with third-party accountants, and oversee state sales tax filings.
