Security Compliance Analyst

Kraken's security team is growing, and we need someone with a strong information technology controls and external audit background to help build our program and tooling for enterprise scale. This role partners with domain experts in our existing information technology audit program and enterprise infrastructure and technology stack, while still having the opportunity to come up with creative solutions in the emergent field of designing and implementing a robust Web3 controls program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a variety of teams, including Security, Information Technology, Product and Engineering to help make informed decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining a systems-level understanding of our global, large-scale technology infrastructure, leading technical controls advisory for engineering, security, IT and beyond, ensuring our security posture is audit-ready and globally compliant across all products and regions. This role will also be responsible for planning and leading ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS v4, SOX assessments with external assessors and regulators globally.
