Staff Data Engineer, Core Migrations

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery and technical due diligence, reconstructing business logic from legacy systems.
• Architect and build migration pipelines using Airflow and Spark, including edge cases.
• Own the program end to end, coordinating across teams and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years as a hands-on Data or Software Engineer with end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and Airflow skills, plus experience with legacy ETL.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
