Job Description

You will help develop the analytics and data insights for J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction survey research-based business, particularly those that measure digital channel performance. Primary duties include contributing to the research process, interpretation of survey data, and developing presentations that will help our clients improve their business. You will conduct analysis of survey data to help clients improve customer satisfaction and drive business results. In addition, the candidate will support the authoring of reports, presentations, and conference content that focuses on actionable insights. The hiring manager is looking for someone who is excited by technology and can work with data to uncover insights. The right person will be able to see beyond the numbers to provide useful advice.
