Backend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing, AI-driven technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our core web application, which is primarily built on Laravel (80% backend focus) with React.js on the frontend. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying new features and functionality for our web platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions and leverage AI and automation tools to improve debugging and development workflows. Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentoring junior developers on best practices are also essential.
