Operating Partner

Interplay is seeking an Operating Partner to join our Studio. This role is within an ecosystem where ideas scale, encompassing a studio, incubator, service companies, a multi-family office, a venture fund, and secondary investments. The Studio concentrates on building companies from the ground up. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, recruiting leadership teams, and providing ongoing support to portfolio companies. The role requires experience as a founder with a successful company exit, a deep passion for the 0-1 startup phase, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
