About the Role:

• Own the full growth funnel for our marketplaces, driving MAU and engagement across multiple apps.
• Lead a pod of engineers and designers with end-to-end accountability for discovery, delivery, and measurement.
• Scale successful features across markets while collaborating with Growth, Data, and Design teams.

What You Will Need:

• Proven track record in mobile product management and growth engineering with MAU and retention metrics.
• Full-funnel ownership including paid acquisition budgets and product-led retention strategies.
• Data fluency with SQL, cohort analysis, and experimentation platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
