Senior Engineer (Labs)

THE ROLE:

• Truemed's Labs innovation team explores zero-to-one product ideas outside the core roadmap.
• You'll join a small team with high autonomy, using rapid prototyping and AI tools.
• You'll shape experiments and own prototypes from concept to user feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead experiments end to end: hypothesize, build the quickest test, and decide based on data.
• Ship functional prototypes for new products, from consumer surfaces to platforms.
• Use AI-assisted coding and automation to accelerate development.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 3–5 years building and shipping software products.
• Strong experience with AI tools, full-stack web apps, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Ability to balance speed with security and compliance considerations.
