Data Scientist

Design and implement ML models for business needs like forecasting, recommendation systems, pricing, and churn. Perform EDA to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships in the data. Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and data needs. Build scalable and maintainable ML workflows and ensure smooth model deployment. Monitor model performance and retrain when needed to ensure reliability. Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate models. Mentor junior team members and promote data science best practices. Contribute to internal standards on testing, reproducibility, and documentation. Stay current with advances in ML and AI to bring new ideas to the team.
