LinkedIn Engagement Specialist Part-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Spend approximately 45 minutes before each scheduled post scrolling founders' feeds and writing high-quality, human-sounding comments on relevant industry posts.
• Manually unschedule posts and publish them at the intended time, then spend another 45 minutes after posting engaging with comments and the feed.
• Flag hot leads and sensitive comments, manage VPN locations as founders travel, and use Slack and Notion for direction and feedback.

Qualifications:

• You must write natural, human-sounding comments on tech and go-to-market topics, avoiding generic AI slop.
• You must be very comfortable managing two LinkedIn profiles, publishing posts, and actively engaging with feeds.
• You must be able to manage VPN and use Slack and Notion for communication.

Technical Requirements:

• Have a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Have a main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps.
