Associate Principal - Telecom

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts and specifications, applying strong engineering judgment to identify risks and resolve conflicts.
• Partner with Project Leads to confirm scope and sequencing while maintaining disciplined documentation across drawings and decision logs.
• Review Designers' work, providing technical guidance and markups to improve accuracy and alignment with standards.

Mentorship and Development:

• Strengthen project teams by guiding Designers and Associates, reinforcing disciplined design practices and clear documentation.
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing by engaging in design reviews and discussions to improve team capability and engineering judgment.
• Model the company's core values through clear communication, disciplined execution, and proactive problem-solving.

System and Process Improvement:

• Improve firmwide systems by providing actionable feedback and proposing workflow refinements through GitHub Pull Requests.
• Strengthen workflows by identifying gaps in templates or processes to reduce rework and improve scalability.
• Enhance project predictability by sharing lessons learned and reinforcing best practices to keep teams aligned.
