Credentialing Specialist

Role Impact:

• This dedicated role owns provider credentialing end-to-end, ensuring providers are verified, compliant, and activated without disruption.
• You will be the internal expert and system owner, building processes so the clinical ops team can focus on member access.

Responsibilities:

• Execute verification of licenses, certifications, and collaborative agreements across multiple states.
• Validate vendor-submitted credentials and serve as direct liaison with state boards and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain a centralized database and monitor expirations proactively to avoid compliance surprises.
