Strategic Initiatives Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own high-level projects designated by the General Counsel, maintaining a centralized tracking ecosystem for real-time executive visibility into milestones and risks.
• Execute end-to-end coordination of gaming and racing licensure activities, managing applications, renewals, and mandatory reporting with audit-ready documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Translate broad legal and regulatory guidance into granular, actionable milestones with exceptional attention to detail for regulatory deadlines.
• Manage ambiguity by stepping into disorganized situations to create structure and clarity, while skillfully interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required, with a master's degree or PMP certification preferred, plus 5+ years managing non-technical projects with complex budgets.
• Proven leadership experience directing multidisciplinary teams and professional staff within a legal coordination or regulatory compliance context, ideally in gaming or hospitality.
