Director of Security

Security Strategy:

• Defines, implements, communicates, and maintains security strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Works with the Security Council and senior leadership to develop the Information Security vision and roadmap.
• Advocates for information security best practices and proactively improves Remote’s security posture.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Drives Remote’s security risk management program in partnership with Legal, Data Protection, and Finance.
• Manages and improves Application Security initiatives to ensure a secure platform for customers.
• Drives security compliance requirements from customers, standards, and regulations.

Team Leadership:

• Recruits and nurtures individual growth to build a high-performing Security team.
• Fosters feedback and mentoring within the security team.
• Empowers the team and gives visibility to the workgroup successes.
