Senior Communications Specialist

The Senior Communication Specialist oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of communication strategies. This role involves working closely with executive leadership to craft and refine high-level messaging, managing all communication channels, and ensuring the organization’s brand image is consistently maintained. Responsibilities include leading the design and creation of graphics, digital media, and visual content, developing communication artifacts, crafting messages, and using visual storytelling techniques. The role requires collaboration with OCM specialists, graphic designers, and the client to create content that aligns with OCM assessments and stakeholder management insights. The Specialist manages content on the client’s internal website and digital platforms, implements social media strategies, and monitors social media trends, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
