Analista de Cobranza

Analyze and establish strategies to recover accounts receivable, applying charges and credits in the collection system to obtain reliable and timely portfolio reports. Track, control, and analyze the portfolio under your charge, debugging and maintaining it. Your typical responsibilities will include elaborating and revising accounts receivable reconciliations with clients, managing a portfolio of approximately 350 clients with balances overdue less than 60 days, ensuring the monthly recovery of the portfolio based on established objectives, analyzing and correctly applying proof of payment, identifying discrepancies or unrecognized charges. You will also generate and update the statements of accounts of the assigned clients, schedule the collection considering the maturities and conditions of payment, give a daily follow-up to the collection managements and report weekly the fulfillment of goals.
