Role Responsibilities:
- Design and build developer workflows to improve SDLC speed and quality, covering local dev, CI/CD, code review, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and scale AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code and internal agents to enhance developer productivity.
- Create internal tools and platforms that standardize and simplify how teams build and ship software across the organization.
Required Skills:
- Strong software engineering background with typically 5+ years of experience and proficiency in backend languages like TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD systems, build tooling, and engineering metrics for measuring impact.
- Passion for improving developer workflows, with experience in internal tools, platforms, or developer-facing systems and a product mindset.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote-first role requiring collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India, with specific hours from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST.
