IT Systems Manager

The purpose of the IT Manager is to manage and oversee technology use at Ubiquity, making decisions about IT budget, installation, maintenance, and upgrades on electronic devices. This role requires understanding Ubiquity’s computer hardware, software, security needs, cloud infrastructure, and providing guidance for digital security standards. This position involves overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes, along with working closely with the leadership team and external vendors. Core responsibilities encompass managing IT systems and external IT vendors, overseeing technology operations, and evaluating them accordingly. This includes internet security and access management, internal server management, and configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Office 365.
