What You'll Do:
- Oversee CDMOs for process chemistry activities with a focus on late stage and validation.
- Author and manage RFP documents to initiate work at CDMOs.
- Proactively interface with CMC team members and communicate strategies.
Who You Are:
- PhD in Organic Chemistry with 7+ years as a process chemist in industry.
- Experience leading route scouting, process development, scale-up, and CMC strategies.
- Skilled in authoring and reviewing regulatory documents like INDs and NDAs.
