Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of ThermalWorks control systems.
- Configure, install, commission, test, and troubleshoot automated control systems including PLC/DDC controllers, network switches, and ATS.
- Serve as technical liaison between U.S. automation team and customers, vendors, and project teams across Europe.
Education and Experience:
- Higher Vocational Training or Associate degree in Automation, Industrial Electronics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting, installing, or commissioning industrial automation or control systems.
- Certifications in PLCs, DDC systems, or Siemens TIA Portal preferred.
Specific Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with PLC/DDC controllers and building or process control systems.
- Knowledge of energy systems, HVAC, or building management systems (BMS/PMS).
- Ability to work hands-on in both field and technical support environments.
