New Product Manager, Foundations

As the Product Manager for Foundations, you will own the core systems and infrastructure that make Thatch possible. This includes building our unified ledger, defining the primitives for member and employer balances, automating enrollments with carriers, enabling seamless money movement, and developing the internal tools that power our operations team. This is a highly technical role where you’ll work closely with engineering, finance, operations, and compliance to design systems that are reliable, extensible, and compliant. Done well, your work will ensure Thatch just works — powering every employer, member, broker, and partner experience on our platform.
