Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the design and execution of a multi-channel growth strategy, encompassing payer partnerships, referral networks, provider recruitment, and direct-to-consumer initiatives. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, service line expansions, and strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Develop scalable frameworks for patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and community engagement channels. Strengthen the Headlight Health brand through consistent messaging, design, and thought leadership. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing and growth initiatives. The candidate should have proven success scaling healthcare organizations, ideally in behavioral health, digital health, or health tech and have expertise in digital marketing and performance analytics.
