Director of Cafe Development, (Construction)

The Director of Cafe Development will lead all construction processes for new cafe and facility builds, renovations, and upgrades. This role involves defining and executing a globally scalable cafe development process and overseeing budgeting, bidding, scheduling, permitting, and construction execution. The director will rigorously control project costs, manage change orders, and maintain Blue Bottle’s construction standards. They will also vet, select, and manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors, and conduct site reviews. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive accountability, track performance, and optimize our development playbook while shaping the brand’s physical presence.
