Member Engagement Copywriter

We’re looking for a curious and collaborative Member Engagement Copywriter with a sharp eye for detail to champion B2C copywriting for the Growth & Engagement Team at Carrot. This role is responsible for crafting clear, compelling copy across a variety of touchpoints, including lifecycle emails, webinars, enrollment assets, direct mail, and more. Success in this role requires expertise in crafting short-form copy that captures attention and drives action. The content this copywriter creates will support individuals through a wide range of journeys. The ideal candidate is an empathetic, insight-driven communicator who combines a love of language with the ability to research, understand, and thoughtfully address the diverse needs of our eligible and enrolled members. The team focuses on helping eligible employees understand what Carrot offers, how to enroll, and how to make the most of their benefits.
