Senior Medical Editor

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Senior Medical Editor to take a leadership role in ensuring the highest level of editorial quality and regulatory compliance.
• This role is open to remote candidates in the United States or Canada, with a preference for the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit promotional content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, AMA style, and consistency across branded/unbranded, HCP/patient, and digital/print materials.
• Fact-check, cross-check, and proofread existing content for consistency and adaptation to new channels and audiences.
• Manage own brand assignment, assist other editors, and attend kickoff/status meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools; experience with Veeva is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
