This role involves leading the planning of always-on, seasonal, and ad hoc campaigns across direct partner media. The candidate will develop an intimate understanding of the clientβs business, marketing objectives, and KPIs, closely working with integrated media strategy leads to ensure the Direct media program aligns with the overarching strategy. Leading the RFP process from start to finish, they will build and deliver final recommendation presentations to clients, increasing operational efficiencies within the team across planning, activation, reporting, and ad ops. Negotiating program inclusions, rates, and terms with partners while developing internal best practices to upskill the team in this area. Identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, providing added value and cost efficiencies to our programs.
