Responsibilities:
- Understand and translate sponsor data needs into analytics and specifications.
- Manage data analytics projects, build reporting systems, dashboards, and data automation.
- Perform data transformation, CDISC implementation, and quality control for clinical trials.
Qualifications:
- Degree in data science, computer science, psychology, neuroscience, or related field.
- 5-10 years of industry or academic experience with strong R and Python/PySpark skills.
- Experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and scientific writing.
