What You’ll Be Part Of:
- A team dedicated to delivering invaluable insights and reports to clients.
- Comprised of Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers with deep media landscape knowledge.
- Thrives on innovation and cutting-edge techniques to empower client growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, mentoring, and growing three direct reports and the overall Data Science team.
- Collaborating on complex problems, writing and optimizing R, Python, or SQL scripts.
- Adapting tools, balancing workloads, and applying machine learning and statistical skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years in Analytics, Data Science, or comparable field; Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years coding experience with 2+ years in R or Python; 1+ years people management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Location & Compensation:
- Remote or hybrid based on location; must be authorized to work in the US.
- Target cash compensation $136,000-168,000 USD annually plus equity and standard benefits.
- Full-time employees eligible for stock options and potential overtime.
