Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a Data Science & Analytics team as a strategic partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Own behavioral analytics, experimentation, revenue forecasting, and customer health scoring.
• Partner with data engineering to manage the internal analytics platform and define best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in Data Science or Analytics with leadership experience and strong SQL/Python skills.
• Expertise in experimentation, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex findings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $170,000 - $200,000 USD with 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, and mental health premiums.
